Abstract

The work that is presented constitute the results of the Investigation of a project carried out in the Diteco Constructores Company. Identifying the problem How do the planning strategies influence, to improve the quality in the construction of the company's housing? The general objective is to develop planning strategies. For this, a theoretical-methodological study of the strategic planning process is carried out. Subsequently, the methodology that will be applied is described, which will help the development of the research, in addition to the documentary and bibliographic analysis. Finally, the proposal is presented in which the analysis of the management of administrative processes in the company is described based on the general strategies that are projected.
