System of internal control and professionalization of public servants in Ecuador.
Abstract
The internal control systems must supervise the acts of public administration, ensuring that they are subordinated to legality, transparency and public service; a fact that is not observed in Latin American countries. The purpose of this article was to analyze the internal control in Ecuador, reflecting on how it is regulated legally and its link with the professionalization of public servants, for this, a documentary design was used, using the synthetic analytical systemic and exegetical method that led to The result is an effective relationship, proposing that the professionalization system of public servants be legalized, instead of the career system, in order to contribute to achieving the objective of internal control.
