Abstract

The article presents a media educational concept of developing lifelong self-learning individual readiness. The knowledge of the latter will provide productive pedagogical design of the development process of self-learning individual readiness, both during formal individual education and across the effective combination of formal and non-formal forms of education during the subsequent professional individual life and after the professional career endings.
