The complex relationships between the actors and the subject Organization; Personal; Finance; Products or service and community growth have compromised the quality of life of its inhabitants; the inadequate use and exploitation of natural resources has not allowed for tourism sustainability, but it has achieved levels of poverty due to income, destruction of the environment and loss of cultural entity.
