Abstract

VET BET is a veterinary company dedicated to the health care of pets. According to the studies carried out in the community, the question arises ¿How to diversify the services of the dog company VET BET in the city of Quevedo?, which leads to design a service plan model of a canine hotel in the veterinary VET BET of the city of Quevedo, that responds to the problem treated. The investigation was made to the administrator and the community. With the application of theoretical and empirical methods, results were achieved, as is the service plan model of a canine hotel for user service and the welfare of pets.
