The Veeduría: pedagogical tool directed to students of the career of Law that present limitations in the development of orality.
Abstract
The oral communication is a fundamental tool for the professional performance of the lawyers. A study was developed directed to its improvement of the Law students having serious difficulties in the significant learning. In this way, it is proposed to use the citizen participation mechanism: oversight, as a pedagogical tool led to participation in different activities that required the use of different communication procedures: dialogue, debate, exposition and argumentation, guaranteed the establishment of social interactions with different social sectors. The methodology used was predominantly qualitative and the main method was the case study which allowed to collect and narrate the main transformations that were carried out in the oral development of all the participants.
