Analysis of a professional practice of lawyers in rural areas of Ecuador.
Abstract
This article analyzes and reflects on a problem that the legal professionals of the Civil Judicial Unit of the Cantón La Maná carry on when they present an ordinary demand. To the development of the research, we use the synthetic analytical method for which we decompose a whole problem and from there we look for the mistakes committed daily by the lawyer for not knowing how to present demands or well-founded writings, demonstrating large gaps that creep in from student time of right, and that were never corrected by a legal complementary self-education; resulting in a large number of ill-prepared legal professionals or with an intellectual vagrancy, locating that professional to a legal mediocrity.
