Epistemological vision of State Science in Higher Education in the XXI Century.

Abstract

The evolution of the State through history has indelible marks of misery and exploitation, often splashed with blood and impoverishment rooted in the majority by the misuse of power, epistemologically justified by the analysis and criteria of socialist thinkers and Capitalists, who oppose this monster that grew over time and becomes unstoppable, it is believed that university education would be a mechanism to engage the new professionals who will manage public affairs, with a humanist attitude really contribute with new knowledge capable of making the State a force that fight misery and chaos, through an adequate practice of ethical and moral values.
