Abstract

Study the actions in the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes in Ecuador in the terms of: How to promote academic management to ensure the professional training of students at UNIANDES - Quevedo University? leads to: Develop an academic strategy to implement the didactic management model for professional training in the students of the UNIANDES-Quevedo University. The research assumes various methods of science, among them: modeling, systemic, inductive-deductive, as well as strategies among others. The results achieved are: the implementation strategy of the didactic management model for the training of professional learning and the method for professional training, already inserted in the training practice of the institution.
