University management theory model.

Abstract

Given the need and importance of achieving better results in the universities’ work, the objective was to conceptualize and design a more complete and holistic management model than those known, which includes new actions to achieve higher competitiveness and organization levels; as well as to enhance the management of human talent and the role of leadership. The methodology used was based fundamentally on the ordering and formalization concepts, ideas and the experiences of the author and applying the systemic approach, which resulted in the conformation of a new eight components model, related to each other, two of them basic, which takes the corporate strategy as a starting point.
