Indicators of control and quality assurance for Ecuadorian flower companies, Tabacundo area.

Abstract

Ecuador is a privileged country in the production of raw materials, due to the abundant wealth of natural resources it possesses, which is why it has been considered as the main objective to establish quality control standards for the flower companies of Tabacundo, which allow the evaluation of the quality of the floriculture; in such a way, that they remain competitive at an international level, since currently only the Agroquality certification is applied. The applied methodology has a qualitative-quantitative approach based on the requirements of the floriculture itself, and the results are specifically oriented to a matrix of criteria, subcriteria and quality indicators based on compliance with goals according to ISO 9001: 2015.
