Abstract

The general purpose of this scientific article was to formulate geopolitical strategic actions of science, technology and innovation against the crime of drug trafficking, by virtue of the Geopolitical problem that Venezuela has, because that country is used as a traffic transit zone of drugs, being introduced the same to their territory, so that from the same they are extracted towards the consuming nations by sea, land or air, including the installation of clandestine laboratories for the production of coca base paste, plantings of cocaine, marijuana, and poppies in the States bordering Colombia, mainly in the Municipality: Jesús María Semprun, located in the state of Zulia.
