The principle of sustainable development as a factor of economic growth in the region.

Abstract

The authors present an analysis of the principles of the formation of sustainable development and the factors of economic growth in the region, considering the opinions of scientists and representatives of economic science. It is determined that the main problem of the sustainable development of the Russian regions is the lack of practical actions and the absence of a multivariate scenario of the development of the territory. It is concluded that the current stage of modernization of the Russian economy, aimed at creating an economic, political, social and other internationally competitive sense of the country, is not possible without guaranteeing the growth of the welfare of its population, being necessary to restore growth economic for access to sustainable development with strategic planning.
