Impact of nuclear war on South Asia: an analysis.
Abstract
During the past decade, effects of a nuclear exchange between Pakistan and India have been anticipated by a computer model. It predicts the physical impacts of the nuclear exchange, if a nuclear war occurred between Pakistan and India, or if even a major city in both countries has been attacked, will be devastated. The study is aimed to find the use of the nuclear weapons in the turbulent region of South Asia between Pakistan and India. As we know that both countries, Pakistan and India, are democratic countries, and as compare to India, Pakistan democracy is new, it has successfully completed a decade now. Elections center on bread-and-butter problems; so, it is not possible for a political party to discuss nuclear policies amid the election crusade.
