Internal and external organizational factors in the occurrence of crimes in insurance industry.
Abstract
The main question of the research is Is it possible to design a model for crime prevention in the insurance industry? The research method is Delphi and survey experts from the Central Insurance Institute of Iran, technical officers of insurance companies, judges of justice and experts in accidents, and police and teachers were selected as informants as theoretical saturation. The study was conducted using a questionnaire tool and a semi-structured interview. The results showed that in the design of the model, the factors that influence the prevention of crime in the field of insurance are divided into two categories of organizational and internal factors, respectively.
