Reflections on knowledge management in the United Nations Organization.
Abstract
Knowledge management as a discipline emerged in the academic field during the nineties of the last century. Despite its short chronological history, countless organizations from all spheres of human activity have been assuming it as a valuable tool to increase their effectiveness and to face the demands of the environments in which they operate.
