Abstract

The problem of freedom as a state of personality is one of the most important, debatable and relevant in legal science for many centuries. It is closely connected with the problems of the place and role of a person in the Russian state and in the emerging legal system, with the individual's implementation of basic constitutional rights and freedoms, as well as with the need to improve legal mechanisms that ensure a person's worthy position in the world.
