The evolution of constitutional rights in Ecuadorian legislation.

Abstract

In this article, we explain how the constitutional rights have evolved in the Ecuadorian legislation, where we see that the Ecuadorian Constitution has established a completely new system of rights and freedoms with respect to the previous Ecuadorian constitutional system, which is included in what it is called the Latin American Neoconstitutionalism, and that goes through the recognition and guarantee of a large list of rights.
