Critical analysis of the task and foundation of the law against the environmental crisis: analysis of its emergence, development and deepening.
Abstract
The current Mexican environmental legislation has downplayed the environmental crisis, which in the face of the adversities of the eminent climate change, that our planet is suffering, should be a primary objective before the law, which would lead to a new humanitarian challenge: environmental holocaust; for this reason, the human right to a healthy and pollution-free environment is no longer sufficient, nor is the concept of sustainable development. This article deepens in this regard.
