Abstract

The implementation of large-scale changes in the field of the national system of higher education, its integration into the world educational space also requires changes in the administrative and legal regulation of relations taking place in the field of public administration of higher education. The purpose of this paper is the analysis of problematic aspects of legal regulation of the higher education and autonomy of higher education institutions in Kazakhstan.
