Abstract
The justification for the scientific relevance of this work lies in the need of the academic community to investigate the aspects directly related to academic performance. The objective is to determine the influence of granting scholarships and the learning capacity of students on the number of people with more academic training. This research can be classified as exploratory, empirical and deductive. According to the nature of the data process, it is a quantitative, correlational investigation.
