The management of methodological work according to teachers without pedagogical training.
Abstract
The article socializes a theoretical systematization on the management of methodological work and its influence on the preparation of university teachers who do not have pedagogical training to face educational practice. As a result, the phases of the methodological work and the steps to follow from the functions of the management cycle are determined. From a qualitative methodology, from the analytical-synthetic and deductive inductive methods, a descriptive-explanatory investigation is integrated. The objective of this article is to establish guidelines on methodological management as an important tool for the preparation of university teachers without pedagogical training, so that it contributes to raising the quality of the professional training process.
