Organizational structure and administrative management: diagnosis in the savings and credit cooperative "San Francisco Ltda.", Agencia Puyo.

Abstract

The research is carried out in the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito San Francisco Ltda., Agencia Puyo, during the period 2018 and aims to deepen, with the accompaniment of the scientific method, administrative management practices and the existing organizational structure in this type of institutions. Their intentions, of descriptive scope, use two empirical methods: the interview and the survey, as methods for the collection of the information. The present is a quantitative and qualitative study.
