Implementation of the Science Development Strategy: New and Non-Standard Solutions.

Abstract

The paper discusses the main tasks of research activities in universities in the context of the implementation of the national project "Science". In the work, indicators are specified that make it possible to ensure the presence of Russia among the leading countries of the world engaged in scientific research. The characteristics of the instruments used in the practice of the particular university for solving the problems of scientific research, improving the quality and effectiveness of on-going research, and the efficiency of the educational process are given.
