Training and professional development based on local and community development.
Abstract
This article allows us to reflect on local and community development, based on the dynamic role of training and professional development based on this development. The main results of the research are specified in the knowledge and actions, which in the hands of professionals, can foster the link between the university center and the local actors, the dynamic role of innovation in their environment, as well as the determination of factors that promote or limit knowledge management and innovation in different contexts. Some examples of ways, procedures, methods, styles or means are proposed for the process of training and professional development to attend local and community development.
