The creativity, a challenge to primary school teachers.

Abstract

The primary school teacher faces dissimilar situations in his daily actions, which require for their solutions creative actions in which flexibility and originality must be present. There are several investigations that have dabbled in this thematic line; however, educational practice shows that the generality of primary teachers and schoolchildren are not always creative, what is given fundamentally to lack of motivation towards the profession, lack of time, means and materials, among others; that is why, this article aims to propose actions aimed at developing creativity in primary school children. A challenge that the 21st century teacher must solve.
