Abstract

This study aims to determine the degree of relationship between the variables academic performance, hours devoted to study and number of students enrolled in the career of Tourism and Hotel Companies of UNIANDES, as well as identify the models that best explain the contributing factors to the academic performance of students of said university. This research can be classified as exploratory, empirical and deductive. Due to the particularity of the data methodology, it is a quantitative, correlational investigation.
