Legal analysis of justice by itself in the context of the requirement of a right.

Abstract

Derived from the high level of insecurity, poor efficiency of police corporations, slow processes and zero confidence in judicial bodies, there is a feeling of anger and at the same time despair in the population, which results in people starting to impart justice for themself. Due to this, the citizens leave the legal mechanisms that protect the principle of legal security, they are imposed as a judge and party to execute justice in a partial, excessive and violent way, transgressing the rights of those who are designated as aggressors. This behavior is increasing, since there is no penalty to sanction it.
