Abstract

This article is aimed at the theoretical substantiation and development of methods of the designing of the value chain of creating the product value in the food industry branches at the regional level. The major method of studying this problem is the research of the value chain of creating the product value in the food industry branches. Results showed that the offered methods specificity consists in the detection of business processes of creating the product value of the food industry branch on the basis of establishing the economic activities types in accordance with the Russian classification.
