Abstract

The problem of employment of people with disabilities in modern society is relevant and no less important. People with disabilities experience a number of difficulties in finding a job due to the fact that very often employers do not employ them under various pretexts, restrict their rights, make certain types of work inaccessible due to the physical inability of people with disabilities to their various types. Work for a person is an important condition for a full life. It is not only a way to economically ensure its existence, but also an opportunity to realize its abilities, including creative ones. Labor activity is a factor in introducing a person to social values.
