Suggestions to the educational ones to offer an education of quality to the educandos diversity.
Abstract
Since the last decade of the twentieth century, Cuba has been venturing into the theme of how to achieve a quality teaching-learning process for all students, without discrimination of sex, age, ethnicity, intellectual diversity or disability. Hence, educating in and for diversity constitutes an element of unavoidable value. The teaching-learning process aimed at diversity must focus on the singularities of the students and must be in full correspondence with their abilities, biological, psychological and social development; That is why, in this scientific article some suggestions are offered to teachers to offer a quality education to diversity.
