Trends in the development of the legal culture of road users in the Russian Federation and some foreign countries.

Abstract

The article discusses the formation of a legal safety culture for road users, compares the mechanisms that affect the legal safety culture in the Russian Federation and foreign countries, and analyzes approaches to the definition of the concept of “road safety” and “legal safety culture”. The study of problems is carried out on the basis of legislation and programs aimed at ensuring road safety in Russia and abroad, statistical data, and empirical studies.
