Identification of risks of Higher Education institutions.

Abstract

Higher education, characterized by the increased dynamism of educational environment, as well as society, is subjected to the influence of general and specific risks. The article analyzes the results of expert survey, conducted by the researchers of Kazan Federal University, in Russia and in the European Union, in 2016. In the study, participants were asked to identify the sources of higher education risks and university risk, to analyze the various approaches to risk management, used by universities in their practice.The results of the expert survey showed the importance of development of appliedmethods of risk management in the system of higher education, the need for standardization of risk management procedures.
