Abstract

In this paper, psychological well-being is considered as a factor affecting the performance of engineering students. The study was conducted by interviewing and evaluating students according to a model developed by Ryff C.D. According to the results of the study, it was found that the vast majority of students have a fairly high level of psychological well-being, including in terms of such an indicator as self-acceptance. Most students are also characterized by an inability to cope with everyday affairs, a feeling of impossibility to improve their living conditions. In the study, a regression dependence of the influence of individual factors of psychological well-being on the academic performance of engineering students was constructed.
