The verbal periphrases in Spanish.
Abstract
This work is an attempt to focus the light on one of the most important and complicated subjects for the students of ELE, which is the subject of verbal periphrases. We have tried to study the subject and expose it in the easiest way possible to be taught in the classroom, for several reasons: its variety of nuances and stylistic possibilities in Spanish, its undoubted complexity, the expanding of periphrastic system and its growing use in both colloquial and literary language and the difficulty it causes for foreign students of Spanish.
