Methodology for teaching of Braille system to teachers in training who attend the Special Education and Speech Therapy courses.

Abstract

The current university is the institution responsible for improving the skills of the nation, to form the human talent of society; develop, introduce and promote advances in science, art and technology; achieve the conservation of national identity and produce changes in each of its processes and as a whole, thus becoming an advanced center in the introduction, innovation and creation of a new culture by making science, technology and art to form part of the culture of society. At present, it is confirmed that the training of teachers in Special Education and Speech Therapy courses presents difficulties in the teaching-learning of the Braille system, given the lack of a methodology that responds to the needs of teachers in training.
