Methodological proposal for tutors as counselors in conditions of universalization in the Municipal University Center of Esmeralda.

Abstract

This research was developed in school courses 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 in the Municipal University Center of Esmeralda and it is aimed at the development of a methodological proposal for the preparation of teacher tutors. The methods and techniques used included, among others, the historical, the systemic-structural-functional, the observation, group and individual interviews and questionnaires, which provided information regarding the insufficient preparation of the tutors' teachers with emphasis on what refers to its guiding function. According to the results obtained in the consultation made to specialists in the subject, the feasibility of implementation of the proposal is confirmed to improve the performance of the tutors in the area of guidance with their guardians.
