Right to education of persons deprived of liberty in the "liberty privacy center" of Santo Domingo.

Abstract

The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador establishes priority attention groups for persons deprived of liberty, who due to their situation are susceptible to violation of rights. The purpose of the work is to determine the exercise of the right to education of persons deprived of liberty, through theoretical foundation, field research and the Citizen Ombudsman whose name is “Monitor compliance with Interministerial Agreement 1 concluded between the Ministry of Justice, Human Rights and Cults and the Ministry of Education ...; in the Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas Social Rehabilitation Center”, with the purpose of proposing and executing actions in favor of the rehabilitation and social reintegration of persons deprived of liberty.
