The hologram of Sumak Kawsay, principle, value or rule: cooperativism to good living in the ecuadorian constitutional system.
Abstract
The field of constitutional law and citizen participation in society, addressed an analysis that allows the resignification of the correct use of Sumak Kawsay as a principle, value or rule. Sumak Kawsay or Buen Vivir both from the Andean worldview and from the public policy apparatus is a way of life that is built from equality and social justice, with the sole purpose of achieving its development in harmony. This ancestral worldview in Ecuador was elevated to constitutional status and is beginning to be developed in public plans and policies; however, it is important to give it greater content to make its implementation and protection effective.
