Abstract

Drug trafficking has become a broad social problem of illicit acts in the sale of marijuana / cannabis, a plant that has become a subject wrapped in social stigmas that without accommodating the long list of benefits that this could contribute in the field of health and industrial.
In the research carried out using the logical historical method, studies of health case files, it was concluded that cannabis self-cultivation has an impact on the crime rate that is encouraged by microtrafficking, being necessary to design a consumption guide and responsible cultivation of cannabis as a proposal, including critical analysis of the Criminal Integral Organic Code
