Abstract

Occupational risk assessment is one of the important actions for any organization, and in the health sector, it is vital to reduce occupational diseases and accidents. The research is aimed at assessing occupational risks in health service personnel, becoming the basis for defining occupational health and safety management policies, as well as the key to reducing occupational accidents and occupational diseases. For the identification of risks, a matrix of qualitative estimation was used, as well as matrixes of preventive management and objectives.
