Administrative processes and their contribution in strengthening the MiPymes of the Quevedo canton.

Abstract

The administrative process is a tool that is applied in the micro- enterprises, which allows to achieve clear and precise objectives that are raised by the administrative to strengthen the areas of the companies, generating favorable results in terms of administrative functions. A study was carried out on MSMEs in Quevedo county on the applicability of administrative processes in their businesses, which allows us to determine the study's problems: How does the application of existing administrative processes affect MSMEs in Quevedo county, that is, the activities to be developed in their entities are not planned, and it can also be observed that there is no segregation of functions among employees, which limits their control.
