Abstract
Organizations are a fundamental part of the growth of a country, classified as private and public for nonprofit purposes, all this is possible, since within the organization there is an important resource: human talent, willing to contribute with all its technical and skills knowledge towards the institution that is giving you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, according to an organizational strategy model that is dictated by a Corporate Government that in turn choose a person who is Chief Exejutive Officer (CEO ), or leader, who will command and direct the organizational strategy towards the objectives set by the organization, using a high applicability of managerial skills.
