Administrative management, the sustainability of rural groups in los Ríos Province, Ecuador.

Abstract

The present study is related to the absence of administrative and key processes in the growth of organizations; in that sense, in the rural groups of the province of Los Ríos-Ecuador, formal processes for the development of activities are not evident, nor is it motivated to the continuous improvement of their daily work; that is, adequate administrative management that guarantees sustainability is not applied; therefore, an Administrative Management Model is proposed in which a basic organization of the communities is sought, prioritizing and suggesting associativity as the basis on which to initiate the process of change and adaptation to community administrative management.
