Methodological strategy of the 9S to improve management in Ecuadorian micro enterprises.
Abstract
The objective of this research article is to describe the quality management strategies of the 9S to improve productivity in Ecuadorian micro enterprises. To develop these strategies, the quantitative methodology used in campo was the descriptive type, using the instruments of the 20 open-ended and 8 closed-ended questions. Employees are uneasy about the lack of interest shown by Head of department in decision-making, and there is little internal communication.
