Abstract

Work performance has become a very important element for the administrators of any organization, in order to achieve the fulfillment of its objectives. By the way, improvement actions should be supported by quantitative analyzes, so as to increase their likelihood of success. In this order, the work aims to expose a quantitative analysis between the significant variables of work performance to favor the taking of active and proactive decisions in the business field. The article initially addresses the conceptual elements of the term, and then exposes the analysis of its significant variables, as well as some guidelines to improve it at the Hotel Ibiza in the City of Vinces.
