An approach to the organizational culture of the headquarters: UNIANDES Babahoyo.
Abstract
The present article doesn't seek the study to depth from all the concerning one to the Organizational Culture, it is to make an outline of the theoretical budgets of the topic, so that all those that have address functions linked with the University Headquarters (SU) they are motivated by its application starting from deepening in its study, to understand its organizations and the benefits that it has for the sake of improving the operation of this institutions of higher education better; as well as to exemplify it starting from the experiences of their application for the Headquarters of the UNIANDES-Babahoyo.
