Organizational culture and innovation in the Association of Artisan Women Union and Progress of the Sigchos Canton.
Abstract
The organizational culture and innovation are two important factors within an organization, many times several organizations do not adapt to its changes and have problems within its entity, this research has been based on these two important factors. It is concluded that this research has been shaped and based on knowledge that they contribute directly to society; thus showing that every organization needs an organizational culture and innovation to have a position in the market without leaving the new trends in terms of innovation of the product offered and above all the demands of society.
