Abstract

The economic and productive development of small entrepreneurs is a fundamental task of developing countries. The feasibility of implementing a project to produce and market cheese from Pantanal Ranch,milk production will improve the standard of living of society. The calculation was made with economic-financial indicators based on the projection of income, expenses and basic financial statements, the economic feasibility of the investment was obtained taking into account the value of money over time, the net present value was calculated at $107,310.32 and an internal rate of return of 26%. According to the net cash flows it was determined that the investment will be recovered in two years and six days
