Abstract

This library studies-based descriptive-analytical study was conducted to evaluate the supervision over the judiciary in the Iranian Constitution in the light of good governance. The findings indicated that the components of good governance such as accountability and transparency are not properly defined and taken into account for the performance of the judiciary in Iranian Constitution.
